WHAT IS REFLECT?
Reflect is a national mental wellness nonprofit focused on peer-led, evidence-based programming in higher education. Developed and overseen by experts from The University of Pennsylvania, our team trains and mentors students to be effective supports for their peers while building critical professional skills transferable to their careers.
Through our Reflect & Connect and Summer Fellowship program models, we provide higher education students with the skills, resources, and spaces necessary to foster a culture of authenticity, belonging, and mutual support on campus.
“Reflect takes the best of public health, mental health, and tailored program design to offer an evidence-based and impactful curriculum. Learning how to serve ourselves and the communities we care about all at once is a unique and much needed model from which we can all benefit!”
