OUR PROGRAMS
The Reflect Summer Fellowship is a new iteration of The Reflect Organization’s industry-leading Fellowship model, designed to support the next generation of student mental wellness leaders in higher education. Reflect partners with local and global service-learning organizations to expand its State Recognized Best Practice model, equipping students with the resources and mentorship needed to drive meaningful change in their communities.
The Fellowship is delivered through a hybrid model that includes a seven-week intensive summer curriculum, followed by a year of tailored mentorship to support the implementation of campus-based capstone projects, all overseen by experts at the University of Pennsylvania.

PARTICIPATING STUDENTS RECEIVE:
-
Certification training as a Reflect Peer Facilitator, a state- and nationally recognized best-practice program focused on mental wellness, authentic dialogue facilitation, and community engagement, along with QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training
-
Professional development workshops focused on leadership, networking, and other transferrable skills needed to lead impactful community initiatives
-
Mentorship to develop a tailored capstone project supporting the mental wellbeing of their campus community
-
Access to a cross-school cohort of peer Fellows and expert community mentors
-
A financial stipend or academic credit equivalent

participating in Reflect's student fellowship.
Our goal is to develop fellows to be better resourced and more resilient mental wellness peer leaders on their own campuses
and in their own communities.
