Jared Fenton

Jared Fenton is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Reflect Organization. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Jared produced the first-ever mixed-methods research examining the phenomenon of “Penn Face.” Jared has been honored by numerous mental health organizations for his work in the field, and he was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award by Barack Obama. Jared graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania, with a BA in Political Science and a certificate from the Civic Scholars Program for Social Action and Civic Engagement. In 2024, Jared graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business with his MBA.
Cameron McConkey, MPH

Cameron McConkey is Chief Operating Officer at The Reflect Organization. He joined the organization in 2022 after working for years at a non-profit community health center for youth in Philadelphia. Cameron is passionate about health and social equity, particularly for LGBTQIA+ young people. He graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Biological Sciences and later received his master's degree in Public Health from Drexel University. He enjoys cooking new things, exploring the outdoors, and talking pop culture with anyone willing to listen!
Zoë Jamison, MSW

Zoë Jamison is the Program Director of The Reflect Organization. She joined the organization in 2022 after working in a variety of education-based roles, centered around program management and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Zoë is a social worker by education, and at heart, and feels passionately about supporting the development of the next generation of changemakers. She graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Behavioral Health Counseling and from West Chester University with her master's degree is Social Work. Outside of her role, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and discovering new perfumes!
Charles "Charlie" Roepke

Charlie Roepke is Administrative Coordinator at The Reflect Organization. Prior to joining the team as a full-time staff member in 2022, Charlie volunteered with Reflect as a summer intern and project associate, serving as co-Editor of Reflect's blog, The Well. Charlie graduated summa cum laude from Penn State University Abington, where he studied English, Corporate Communication, and Writing. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys reading fiction, working on house projects, and catching up on movies and shows.
