Reflections is a program designed to help first-year students find a consistent network of peer support upon their arrival at college. Once each week, first-year students meet to connect openly, honestly, and in a self-loving and mutually supportive fashion. Discussions are facilitated by trained sophomores, juniors, and seniors. At these meetups, first-year students are able to find safety, connection, and a place where they can be their true selves.
WHY DO WE HAVE REFLECTIONS?
Reflections is designed to foster strong connections, help first-year students feel proud to express their true selves, and empower program participants to create a campus environment in which authenticity, self-love, and allyship become the norm.
