Reflect is proud to announce a generous donation from Meridian Bank, made possible through the advocacy and leadership of Reflect Advisory Board Member Nicole Leitz. This meaningful contribution comes at a pivotal time as Reflect prepares to launch expanded programming and deepen its presence on campuses across the region.

Nicole has been a dedicated champion of Reflect’s mission for over five years, and her impact continues to be felt across every layer of the organization. Her passion for mental wellness and belief in the power of peer-led support have not only strengthened Reflect’s work, but have directly contributed to building more connected, compassionate campus communities. Through her role at Meridian Bank, Nicole helped foster a partnership rooted in shared values: supporting causes that create lasting, meaningful change.

This gift from Meridian Bank will directly support Reflect’s Summer Fellowship and new campus initiatives, equipping student leaders with the tools to build cultures of authenticity, mutual support, and belonging. As Reflect continues to grow, partnerships like this are critical to ensuring that more students have access to the resources and community they need to navigate challenges and support one another.
